Q: For your single server co location, what is the server size limit?
A: We accept both rack mountable and tower servers. The server size can be up to 4U with the same low price.

Q: How do you calculate the 95th percentile bandwidth usage?
A: The statistics are derived by taking a sample of the customer traffic every 5 minutes on the input and output bits sent and received on the customer's Cybercon connection. These statistics are then aggregated over a monthly period where the top 5% of the traffic is discarded to arrive at the 95th bandwidth usage.

Q: Do you offer loaner servers during service transfer?
A: Yes, we do offer loaner servers to help new customers transfer from their old provider to us. So there is no service downtime when you transfer your services to Cybercon.

Q: What managed services do you provide with your co location fees?
A: You don't pay extra fees for following managed services:

• 24x7 Unlimited server reboots;
• 24x7 Unlimited service restart;
• 24x7 Monitoring service: One service (port) monitoring per customer.
• Online backup space: 10GB backup space per paid colocation server. 50GB backup space per server farm customer. Our backup system is a RAID 6 system. It supports iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, and FTP.
• Cybercon Domain Name Servers for domain hosting. We will host unlimited domain names for you at no extra charge;

Q: Do you sell or rent server hardware and network devices?
A: Yes, we do sell AND rent server hardware and network devices. They include, but are not limited to: Intel based server hardware; storage systems; network firewalls; load balancers; Cisco routers and switches, and more. If you are interested in hardware and software, please Contact Us.

Q: What electric power do you supply to a rack or a cage?
A: Each full rack has a dedicated 20am 120V AC power circuit. Each 100 square feet of data center cage space has two dedicated 20am 120V AC power circuits. Additional power circuits can be ordered. They can be 120V or 240V power circuits.

Q: Do you have a second data center for backup servers or disaster recovery?
A: Yes, we have two data centers in St. Louis, MO, USA.

Q: What telecom carriers are in your building?
A: Our building is the largest telecom facility in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. The following telecom carriers are in our building: ATT, Verizon/MCI, Qwest, Level 3, Southwester Bell, XO Communication, and McLeod USA.

Q: Do you offer roof top space for wireless carriers?
A: Yes, we do. Our 18-floor building is located at the center of downtown St. Louis. It is an ideal place for wireless carriers to colocate their equipment and antennas.

Q: Do you provide voice lines for our co location equipment?
A: Yes, we do. We offer voice lines from AT&T.
